This home is in great shape and does have an open floor plan that flows. Even the stairs into the basement are nicely open in how they’re integrated into the house. The rustic looking fireplace and mantel are a beautiful feature, as is the Butler’s Pantry.
It’s big, but only has three bedrooms. It’s got a big lot, but most of it is covered in rocks on the side yard and backs to another home rather than the open space that most homes on Russet Sky Trail back to. It’s got a three car garage, but it’s a tandem that cannot accommodate a third car. All of this to say, this is a house that will appeal to the right buyer.
This house is priced very high for it’s size. Homes in this area are big homes on big lots, so they command premiums. This home doesn’t have quite the usable space inside or out. And, it doesn’t back to open space which is attractive in this area. While I think it should be priced lower ($520k?), in this market, anything can happen!
